Shaun Marker, President of Safebound LLC, has been in the safety field for 13 years.  Within those 13 years Mr. Marker was a Corporate Safety & Health Director for Garber Bros. Precision Concrete, Inc. from 1994 – 2005, where he promoted Garber Bros. as the first contractor in the nation to the VPP-Star status through OSHA’s VPP Challenge Program, exempting them from random OSHA Inspections.  

Mr. Marker is currently the president of Safebound, LLC, a safety consulting firm he began in 2005.
