Student Card Replacement Troubleshooting

The following are the steps to follow if you receive the error below while trying to add a card to the Student Replacement Form:

  1. Go to WP Admin > Authorizations and search for the student name that you’re receiving an error on:
    • If found, proceed to step 2.
    • If not found, the student does not exist in the system and a replacement card cannot be ordered.
  2. Check that the Auth – Cardholder Card Print Name field matches the student name that is being entered in the replacement form.
  3. Check that the Auth – Trainer Name field matches the First Name and Last Name field of the trainer’s user profile.
  4. Check that the Auth – Course Classification field matches the Type of Course field selected in the replacement form.
  5. If the three fields above are correct, try switching to the Trainer’s account by searching for them under WP Admin > Users and click the Switch To link. Try adding the student card in the Student Card Replacement form.
    • If you are able to add the student card successfully, ensure the trainer is signed into the correct account on their end.
      • Ensure you delete the student card from the form once you are done testing.
    • If you receive the same error, contact Edge Webware to look into it further.
  6. Switch back to your account by clicking the Switch Back link in the header or just click Account > Log Out and then log back into your account.
