You can deactivate cards by:
Going to the Administrator Center and using either of the following links:
Either select a name from the dropdown menu on the Deactivate Cards page and click submit or search for the name in the Certs editor and set it’s status to ‘draft’.
If a card is deactivated accidentally, it can be restored by visiting the Manage Authorized Outreach Trainers screen, searching for the name, and setting the post stats back to ‘publish’.
