Hi Susan,
I renewed my renewed trainer card in March 2017 through Eastern Kentucky University’s OTC.
When I received the first renewal reminder from Mid-Am last spring, I sent copies of my renewed certification documents to Springdale so that Mid-Am would not have to continue to send me renewal notices. That said, I have continued to receive these notices. Rest assured, my trainer certificate is up-to-date and I am in good standing with OSHA!
In addition, I am pleased to let you know that I became a Certified Safety Professional (CSP) in late June of this year.
